My name is Natasha and I help midlife women to have a healthier lifestyle and find their body wellness. A little fun, education and nourishing food and you can achieve all that you want.


Every day there are new challenges.


Your body is a shape it has never been, nothing seems to work the way it use to. The list of things that change on a daily, weekly basis seems to grow and grow.


Brain fog, night sweats, hot flushes, achy joints, just to name a few.


The diet that you were following is not getting the results you want. I have tried nearly every diet going since my teens, from counting points, to calorie counting, special K or the beetroot diet and many more. Some of these worked for a short time before peri/menopause but not any more.


Its time for a change.


There is no quick fix.

It take time and it takes work, but the benefits are worth it.


As we get older and wiser our nutrition needs change and our bodies needs are changing. Have you noticed that your sleep patterns have changed? Your skin is drier than it use to be? That evening glass of wine, is not as enjoyable as it use to be?

I am a certified Menopause Coach and a Level 6 Weight Loss Coach, I also hold a Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health. As well as being a Master NLP practitioner.

My Story

Hello & Welcome


My name is Natasha and I was a yo-yo dieter for most of my life. I have tried so many different diets, from Weight Watchers to the Beetroot Diet, to the Special K plan to counting macros and micros in an app, just to name a few. Some of these worked in the short term, but none of these worked long term. Then I came across a 21 Day Reset and I found a lifestyle that worked for me. A program that encouraged you to eat real food, tasty food and still lose weight. And I could still have my cake and eat it to! This was a game changer for me.


I have always been interested in food and nutrition, so when I learned about The Weight Loss Academy Certification program, I did not have to think to much before I joined. I qualified as a Weight Loss Coach in 2021.


And then menopause arrived and things changed again.

Weight loss slowed down, brain fog and exhaustion arrived, hot flushes, continually rosy cheeks, achy joints seem to be the new normal.


Eating nourishing and balanced diet has made such a difference.

Focusing on building a heathier relationship with food has made keeping the weight off, so much easier. I have been where you are now and I understand a lot of the concerns you have.


Learning which foods can help with hormones, bone, brain and skin health has opened up a whole new world of combinations for me to explore and find recipes for.


Helping ladies to flourish during peri/menopause has become a passion. I am so excited to meet you and be part of your journey.
