My name is Natasha and I help midlife women to find body wellness without the crazy restrictive diets. A little fun, education and nourishing food and you can achieve all that you want.


Every day there are new challenges.


Is your body a shape it has never been, and nothing seems to work the way it use to. The list of things that change on a daily or weekly basis seems to grow and grow.


Every week there seems to be something else happening. From sugar cravings, to hot/cold flushes, brain fog, to short term memory being non existent.


The way you ate before is longer working. Your body is changing and so is your nutritional needs.

It takes time and it takes work, but the benefits are worth it.
